      Are you ‘Made in America’?

The single most common question we receive at Black hawk Style is “is this Made in America?” So let’s answer this right now once and for all!

      What is USA Strong?

We use shirts that are being made using American factories with American workers & one small process that occurs offshore, all while supporting US jobs. Uh oh…what was that part about the offshore process? That sounds like we aren’t made in America but not so fast...

      American Made Shirts:

We use fiber & knit yarns from American suppliers and from the best suppliers around the globe. This allows us to print the best shirts with the highest comfort levels while using American factories and workers to make the raw materials. So far so good, right?

      Dyeing American Made Shirts:

Our American made shirts are then dyed In the USA (mostly in Southern California) using the most badass dyeing equipment available. Every pound of fabric dyed by the manufacturing company only uses three gallons of water, which is up to five times less than our competition.

      Cutting American Made Shirts:

All of the shirts are then cut right here, on American soil. Having the dyeing and cutting processes in our backyard allows us to produce American made shirts with American workers while not compromising attention to quality. This allows us to produce the most comfortable fitting shirts with the amazing fit our customers have come to love. Still sounds “Made in America” to you, right?

The majority of the fabrics of our shirts are assembled right here in the home of the free. However, we do still use a few other sewing facilities in the north and central American regions; nothing is “Made in China”. We are trying to get this process 100% on American soil by the end of 2022 but we still have to use some of these assembly plants for now. That’s not too bad, is it?

      Off-the-Shelf and Ready to Ship:

Once the garments are sewn, they are sent to our US headquarters in Sparta, New Jersey founded and operated by a USMC veteran (that’s me). We then put them through a final round of quality control to make sure everything meets our high standards. They’re then sent downstairs to our printing division (still in Sparta, NJ). The result is the most badass & comfortable clothing you will ever wear. The final result is we send them to our fulfillment center in Allentown, PA. This is where they are stored until shipped to your front door.

I hope this cleared up any questions you may have about our company but if not feel free to reach out to us at
